Ixxus provided a day where customers could meet, network and hear exclusive updates from technology leaders and from cutomers who have leveraged business advantage through their Ixxus projects.
The speakers were:
- John Powell, CEO of Alfresco lifted the lid on Alfresco’s roadmap.
- Eric Gries, President & CEO of Lucid Imagination discussed the evolution of search and the power that Open Source Search brings to the marketplace.
- John Pomery, VP (Europe) of MarkLogic talked about capturing and indexing unstructured content. He also introduced how MarkLogic can fill the void between relational database and free text search.
- Julian Starling of GerberEmig demonstrated how Ixxus implemented Alfresco to give them the competitive edge.
- Simon Thompson of Dods demonstrated how Ixxus implemented Alfresco and MarkLogic to produce the Dods Legislation tracker.
