The Digital Media Annotator is packaged as AMP files that can simply add to your Alfresco installation.

The Digital Media Annotator adds the following to Alfresco:

• A Document Library ‘Annotations’ action that will start an annotation session for all supported content types
• Read-only comment histories for any annotated content
• Integration of annotations with Alfresco workflow
• Role based annotation permissions (comment, edit, reply, approve/reject)
• Visual indicator to show when annotations have been made
