We try to work with our clients on a long term basis but we are not prescriptive as to how we work. We might start with high level business and solution architecture consulting to produce a long term solutions architecture road map for the business or we might go straight into delivering a solution. We have a full design and delivery capability in-house if it is required, and are more than happy to commit to delivering a complete project. Alternatively we can provide consultants to supplement in-house or outsourced delivery resources if that is more beneficial to our client.
